This research project consists of a regression analysis on survey data. Students were asked a series of questions to determine political interest, past experiences with discrimination, and interactions with Title IX on campus.

Preliminary data suggest that the negative experiences expressed above may indicate an increased likelihood of political ambition. Future research should diversify and increase the respondent base.

Presented at the Midwest Political Science Association's 2022 conference in Chicago, Illinois.

"Revolting Drag" examines how The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula uses monstrosity to disrupt polished, mainstream images of queer identity. I demonstrate how monstrosity functions not merely as spectacle, but as deliberate political and cultural resistance on reality television.
